Many years ago I had my “colors done” where you had swatches of fabric held to your face and had a trained colorist rate how well the colors looked on you. At the end of the session you had a mini notebook containing small swatches of cloth in “your colors” to use as you shopped. I’m a “winter” so jewel tones and black and white all look good on me. I learned why I wore that deep purple outfit so often and seldom wore the cream colored blouse. It’s my unchangeable inborn coloring. Currently, I often enjoy coloring in jewel tones. (I wonder why.) God uniquely created me and even had my coloring planned before my birth. Because of His unchangeable love this world is filled with glorious color. Can you imagine how much more colorful and beautiful heaven will be?
For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.
